In the EHOVE Career Center Culinary Lab it is exciting and hard work. During lab we do a lot. From prepping food, waiting on tables, actually cooking food to competition and ice carving. After school, our Adult Education class comes in. They learn the same training and skills just like us high schoolers do.
Competition season is going on, so two seniors and three juniors are working hard on our cooking competition called prostart. The competition is on January 29th and 30th of 2012. So between prepping for our restaurant, The Young Chef Inn located at EHOVE Career Center, (open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 to 1), we are working diligently on our practices. This February of 2012, the ice carvers, which includes three seniors and two juniors will be doing a couple competitions. This is big for the seniors because its our last competitions before graduation.




















Could you provide a menu for me to take to a “REDHAT” gathering. Perhaps we could arrange a visit to the Young Chef INN this spring. Thank you.
