In the future, I plan to pursue a career field in Physical Therapy. Since the competitiveness of this career is high, I figured it would be in my best interest to have a head start. At EHOVE, I have taken tech prep academics such as biology, medical terminology, and introduction to medicine classes through BGSU Firelands.
The medical terminology and introduction to medicine was taken at EHOVE and tied in with my Exercise Science class. These classes gave me the skills needed for future basic college classes and experienced career classes. At my partner school, I also took colleges classes such as Calculus and College writing through The University of Findlay.
After I graduate from high school, I plan to attend one of the top three Physical Therapy colleges in Ohio. The school I plan to attend as of now is The Ohio State University. Due to all of the free college credit offered at EHOVE and my partner school, I will have paid through my freshmen year of college and start as a sophomore. EHOVE has given me the tools and training that makes me confident in being successful.
