After graduation I plan on attending Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. I want to pursue my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and my Bachelors Degree in Business and Management.
Leaving high school and moving to Rhode Island is a scary thing for me. I’m super excited and I know I’m confident and ready to make this next step in my life. Coming to EHOVE has made me realize that this career field is something i want to do. The student porfolios we create here will help each and everyone of us when we go into college, the military or workforce.
A big thanks to my instructor Chef Michael Edwards because without him I’d still be that rebellious little sophomore kid he first met. He pushed me to better myself. And I appreciate that greatly.
