The Early Childhood Educations class has been preparing to compete in the FCCLA regionals event at Lorain Community College. Eight of the Early Childhood juniors and seniors competed in a total of four events; Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Unit Development, Language and Literacy, and Teacher Resource Assessment Kit.  All of the competing students placed high in their events, resulting in the program as a whole bringing in all the gold. As of right now there will be only one state qualifier, Nate Cruz, going on to compete at Columbus State convention in May. Updates will be posted soon to announce other state qualifiers.
